The App, operated by The Apricot App Inc., provides a platform that connects individuals seeking technology & technical support services ("Users") with individuals providing those services ("Tech Support Providers"). The App facilitates scheduling, communication, and payment transactions between Users and Tech Support Providers.
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must enter using a Google® or Apple® account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the App or access to it to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the App, is the property of The Apricot App Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Apricot App Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this App or the information, content, materials, or products included on this App.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Apricot App Inc. and any of the independent contractors shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this App, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
The Apricot App Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the App, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apricot is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
